BMP Cleaner is a bitmap viewer that allows you to view, copy, move, delete and print bitmap files (*.BMP,*.RLE,*.DIB). Files in any directory may be viewed full screen in manual mode or as a timed slide show. The viewed file may be set as your desktop wall paper with a single click (Windows 3.1 Only) in centered or tiled format. You may also extract BMP resources from EXE and DLL files.
